Stop Paliperidone_SP - Day 1: Last depot injection
Start Paliperidone_LPStart depot on the day you would normally have injected the next depot. Determine the dose of paliperidone LP (Xeplion ®) by dividing the dose of paliperidone SP (Trivecta ®) by 3,5. Administer monthly. Loading dose is not needed[3]
