Switch medication from fluoxetine to agomelatine.[1] [2]
- Reduce the dosage to 20mg/day and then stop the administration
- Day 1: simultaneously start administration of agomelatine in a dosage of 25 mg/day.[3]
- If necessary, increase dosage of agomelatine to 50 mg/day.
- Start administration of agomelatine the next day in a dosage of 25 mg/day.
- If necessary, increase dosage of agomelatine to 50 mg/day.
- This switch is currently being reviewed.
