  • Gradually decrease the dosage of tranylcypromine with 10-20 mg/week.
  • When a dosage of 10 mg/day is reached, stop administration.

  • Day 1-15: a wash-out period of at least two weeks is necessary.[3][4][5]
  • Day 16: start hypericum after this period in a dosage of 300 mg three times a day (900 mg/day).
