  • Administration of agomelatine can be stopped abruptly at every dosage.

  • A wash-out period is not necessary.
  • Start administration of paroxetine the next day in a dosage of 20 mg/day.
  • If necessary, increase dosage of paroxetine to 40 mg/day.
