Day 1: start with 12,5mg in the evening
Day 2: increase dose to 25 mg
Day 3: increase dose to 50 mg
Day 5-15: increase dose daily with 25mg
Day 18: increase dose with 50mg
Day 21: increase dose with 50mg
Day 28: increase dose with 50mg
