Switch medication from bupropion to tranylcypromine.[1] [2]
Stop bupropion - Day 1: Halve the dose if possible otherwise stop.
- Day 7: Stop.
Start tranylcypromine- Day 8: start and increase the dose with about 25% of the target dose every 3 days.
