- Antipsychotics: Reviewed and updated all switches from Partial Agonist (PA) to other antipsychotics. Change: stop PA on day 1 instead of phasing out.
March 2024
- Antidepressants: Reviewed and updated switches to tranylcypromine, fluoxetine and moclobemide (not finished)
