- Day 1: Reduce dosage of citalopram/escitalopram to a maximum of 10 mg/ day reps. 5 mg/day.
- Day 8: stop administration of citalopram/escitalopram.
| Starten = * Day 8: no wash-out period is needed. Start administration of amitriptyline in a low dosage of 50-100 mg/day.
