Switch medication from agomelatine to tranylcypromine.[1] [2]
- Day 1: Stop agomelatine.
- Agomelatine can be stopped abruptly for every dosage.[3]
- Day 1: Start and increase the dose with about 25% of the target dose every 3 days.
- No severe interactions are known.
- No wash-out period is necessary.
