Switch medication from Paliperidone_UP to Paliperidone_SP.[1] [2]
- Day 1: Last depot injection
Start depot on the day you would normally have injected the next depot. Determine the dose of paliperidone SP (Trivecta ®) by dividing the dose of paliperidone UP (Byannli ®) by 2. Administer every 3 months.
