- Antipsychotics: Reviewed and updated switches from Partial Agonist (PA) to other antipsychotics except PA - Clozapine. Change: stop PA on day 1 instead of phasing out.
- Antipsychotics: Added and updated the depot to depot switches
March 2024
- Antidepressants: Reviewed and updated switches to tranylcypromine, fluoxetine and moclobemide (not finished)
