the switch is made "from" (vertical) "to" (horizontal).
During switching: don't reduce anticholinergics; consider adding oxazepam. Read: General considerations concerning switching antipsychotics.
LA = long acting, MA = medium acting
Rest AP = Chlorprothixene, Flupentixol, Loxapine, Paliperidone, Pericyazine, Perphenazine,Promazine, Trifluoperazine, Zuclopentixol.
