Stop Fluphenazine LA - Day 1: Last depot injection
Start Lurasidone- t= 0 Start dosing 25% of the target dose on the day you normally would have injected the former depot.
- t= 1 x T1/2 of depot approx. 50% of target dose
- t= 2 x T1/2 of depot approx. 75% of target dose
- t= 3 x T1/2 of depot approx. 100% of target dose
