Vortioxetine-agomelatine

Switch medication from Vortioxetine to agomelatine.[1] [2]
- Day 1: reduce dosage of vortioxetine to 5 mg/day.
- Day 8: stop administration of vortioxetine.
- Day 9: start administration of agomelatine in a dosage of 25 mg/day.
- Day 23: if necessary, increase dosage of agomelatine to 50 mg/day.[3]
