- Day 1-14: Continue partial antagonist orally.
- Day 1: Administer the injection of aripiprazole LA according to the general dosing advice.
- When switching from brexpiprazole or cariprazine consider switch to oral aripiprazole before switching to depot to manage possible (adverse) reactions. With a direct switch to a depot it is advisable to administer a low testdose in order to exclude adverse reactions
