  • Day 1: start with 12,5mg in the evening
  • Day 2: increase dose to 25 mg
  • Day 3: increase dose to 50 mg
  • Day 5-15: increase dose daily with 25mg
  • Day 18: increase dose with 50mg
  • Day 21: increase dose with 50mg
  • Day 28: increase dose with 50mg
