Switch medication from agomelatine to duloxetine.[1] [2]
- Day 1: Stop agomelatine.
- Agomelatine can be stopped abruptly for every dosage.[3]
- Day 2: Start administration of duloxetine in a normal dosage of 60 mg/day.
- A wash-out period is not necessary.
